How would you be able to damage some one with some sand or oil?

Like I was saying before, alot of things wouldn't really do any damage. But maybe something like sand or oil could cause temporary blindness, that'd be cool. Throw some sand in someone's face and the can't see to block your swing for that day  .

And a certain amount would be needed to blind them. Plus those resources used as weapons would be lost. So that they can't be used right back at the attacker.

Yes I would like to be able to use my tools for a weapon too. I think a trowel could very well be used to attack someone, as was said a stone hammer. I like the food and stone idea too. That could also be used with animals, like Hawks or something. You know throw a stone at them.

I have to say I've always been very disappointed that I can't beat people with a shovel.

Yes but how would you get a building to attack. I for one would be scared if someone said "Building attack" and it collapsed on me.

I don't know about this.....
It has been mentioned that not everything would actually do dammage....so basically what you are saying these things would just be turned into emotes for entertainment..lol

"You see dodo hit billy in the head with the snake, you do 0% dammage" LOL

Im for this idea- Provided that the things that wouldn't do dammage- don't do dammage.
Shovels hammers trowels stone hard stuff like that would of course be able to dammage stone maybe not so much as everything else depending on the SIZE of the stone

and things like sand and oil should do nothing..imo- just cuz you throw sand doesn't mean you'll hit someone in the face, not to mention if that person had a shield? These things should be for amusement

Then the carrotts and food? they are kinda hard so id suggest minimal dammage maybe like 1 % health taken away for using even a 100% strength.

See my signature.

Also, I think this a really good idea. It should be implemented. Actually, it sort of has. I know that small stone pots can be used as weapons (and I have used them before) but EVERYTHING should be a weapon. And have different ways of using them as weapons...

2340-2: You stuff a man in his twenties into a smelting furnace
2340-2: You say "Quick! Bring some coal!"

or...

2456-3: You place Thief on a stone table
2456-3: You say "Nurse, bring me my scalpel."

We really need to do this...
All of my endings are waiting to begin.

resources would be too difficult to prgramme I would think?

But as for all items - that I'd agree with... - It'd give the broom a use...

I'd also like to be able to set on people with my whisk...
