I'm not sure how to put a picture in this thing, plus I haven't actually made the map yet :) , but I would like to lay out the directions and rough placement of places in relation to one another, just so there is no confusion.

The groff-fields are due east, and the beach and ocean are also east, beyond the fields. To the north is a forest, though I didn't describe it in the Intro. Please do not go into the forest until I mention it in game, which I will be sure to in my next response anyways. Directly south is a large rocky outcropping (I hesitate to call it a mountain, since it is not THAT big). The cliff behind the muck pond is part of that outcropping. To the south-east, along the same outcropping, is the cave. Just outside the cave is the bonsai.. stump :D.
To the south-west, where the outcropping fades out, is the Old Temple. I'll have to get back to you about what is to the west. And I will also reveal some new locations (including the forest) in my next in-game post.

Note: If I mention a location in a post for another player, you are allowed to use that information, so long as it is reasonable to suppose that your character can see it from where he/she/it is. Consider it an incentive to read the other posts :) , though hopefully you are doing that anyways.

I'm joining in. This looks like fun. :)

I've been starving for some light-hearted RP anyways.

I might be away for perhaps half of this week (as of tomorrow.)

This is sort of problematic, I know, as it would really screw up the thing.

See, I would really very much like to continue playing, but if I am not here and able to do it, I don’t know how I could continue.

But I really would like too keep playing.

That's okay Schme... I knew this sort of thing would crop up eventually. I'll leave it up to Varrius if he wants to wait for you to return. For other players, I would advise against interacting with MushBall until Schme returns, as that means you will have to wait for his response. I'm sure Varrius can RP some reason to leave MushBall for a little while, if he wants Kitty to explore some of the new locations or anything. Now, since I know you will be away a while Schme, I will let some time pass in the game while MushBall is in the field. I may RP some explanation for why MushBall is out of it. Or perhaps Schme would like to...
I'm busy most of this weekend, so I myself will be slow in responding. Next week should be a return to the normal flow. I'm involved in a wedding, so that is why I'm not able to do as much.

You do know you can copy recent events to notepad, then log out and write your reply with no hurry, no minutes wasted?

Totally with you on that one, Snake byte. I do my best RPing when I can see the whole paragraph that I'm writing... unlike in Cantr with the little post box.

Plus, in cantr it's hard to give yourself an identity you can live up to. I usually figure out who my characters are when they turn 30. :?

Hey FlakJacket, don't worry about not being a very good writer.. I'm not that good myself.
I can count on one hand how many books I've read... So ya, not that much of a writer either.

I joined, I hope it's not too late. Fleegle has a lot to keep up with, so if there are too many, I can easily back out. :)

Even so... it's getting close to that point where it might be too much for poor Fleegle to keep track of. What are there... eight or nine players now? :?
