Also using knowledge from this board is breaking the CR too.

Like now that I know that the imperial transit is somewhere around Xiria it would be breaking the capital rule if I sent my character out to look for it.

There is no way you could of known that Sester was the General of the Imperial Guard since no one told you and no one would have told you as the only original guards Zany and Stourge were told that Sester betrayed the empire and was going to be tried in Lad or killed.

Bah, weren't you listening, I used my overall knowledge when talking in this board, of course i didn't use it in the game... I use all my knowledge in this board, because its easier to understand the whole picture, but obviously you don't and also hold IC knowledge against me....

A few counterpoints I shud make too...

1) A little slice (very tiny) of the reason he stole and wud hafta run was to avoid breaking the CR, due to a congregation (due to the spawn mechanism) in Naron.

2) My char has always been mysterious, and has joined organisations, that are not exactly loyal to the Empire...and I was just continuing to play his disloyal/decieving/rebellious attributes.

3) He's gonna fight to the death, he believes in his cause. *obviously, these are my chars attributes, not mine* (and im j/p out my char as your supposed to)

The note about CR breaking was referring to your sentence about your new characters evolving, in the sense, that your next thief would not take the long road out of Lad.
Your current thief is not breaking any rule, afaik, and I don't think that anyone intended to say that.

Oh woops, hehe, no offense meant, and actually, Im planning never to have a theif in the same place, actually just playin this out is biasing myself against theives, and i didn't really mean that, but was trying to bring up a point how, criminals will evolve, from the basic; pillage and hurt. maybe they'd be more like a cat burglar, or something else. And actually my char has been thru both roads before, and knows the route he took was longer, but he was trying to get to the capital, to show it in Lad's face... heh.

the trick to being a successful thief is being erratic.

Don't take everything that's not nailed down, but see your opportunity and act upon it. The less you take the more you can get away with.
I'm not dead; I'm dormant.

I was more referring to the character statement

664-2: Pvt. Thomas Paine says: "As long as i Set the Empire back 1kg of Gold .6kf of rubber. 7 kg of steel, and of their weapons and armor! I AM HAPPY! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Screw the Empire, and <u>General Sester</u>, or whomever the damn idiot at the top is..."

It was an innocent slip, I'm merely trying to tell you to watch yourself it's hard to remember what each character knows and doesn't know.

It's funny because none of that stuff was really the empires. I beleive it was all the stuff Blackbeard stole maybe most of it orginated in th empire.

Not a very smart thing to do. He would be dead in ten seconds and if he got away then there would be 7 fully armed Imperial Guardsmen following him.

Oh woops again... I'm sorry about that, and actually, that char's been pretty close to lad, so he mite've known (he travelled for many years before joining the guard, and was part of a welll less then loyal group to the GVT, so its quite possible that he may've known of Sester. Especailly durign their meetings, but its soo far back that he wudda forgotten, so it was my bad, prolly cause i was switchign from forums to that chars 'getaway.' I sorta ptiy him tho.

Hey that was uncalled for! I'm just playing my chars out the way they act! It's role playing, and some people like IRL are more greedy then others :C

Yes, and your char was a jerk, in both my opinion and the opinion of my char in that area. I wasn't referring to you.
