Postby Pie » Fri Jul 22, 2005 4:29 pm

so, you see a guy with a ring. you STEAL IT FROME HIM! he doesent notice.

hiding in houses and sneaking into howses.

it would make a secret servise for governments alot easyer to make.

Psst:

"Thievery" is spelled with an "I" in it.

"Steal" is what happens when you take something from someone without asking.

"Steel" is what happens when you put iron into a smelter and....

   Oh boy! :D
But it is a good idea... and make it like hunting or atacking in the respect that you can only do it to that person once a day. Maybe make it noticeable if successful?

No.

There are enough ways to be a thief already. We don't need more.

what ways are that? breaking a lock? going into an unlocked building? we need more violens in cantr. im not talking about killing, ime talking about secret servises, like, wouldn't you like to know what was happening to the government in Blackrock? it would be like the cold war that happend here, finding tecknolagy frome each other, and it would inrichen the game play.

and you would only notice it if you fail at stealing. THINK OF IT! GUILDS WOULD COME! INRECHENMENT OF CANTR! IME MAKING CHERY CRISP! MMM! IT SMELLS GOOD!

sorry about the spelling, ile fix it.

Sure there are ways to be a thief but they aren't very successful ways. Most just grab and run then get chased and KILLED.
Everyone is always focusing on making it harder for criminals not IC but though the progamming. Pretty soon you won't be able to play the proper villian you want. Like a pickpocket in a crowded marketplace...
Like I said, it would show up if successful for larger objects (like grabing a weapon from someones hand) and not for smaller (like a knife through some kind of random grab in bag). It could also show up if Not Successful, by means of getting discovered...
If the person that is being stolen from leaves the scene, the project is canceled.
I think that would great.

Edited: Pie use a spell checker then copy and paste it...

I do like the idea of pickpocketing, it would go quite nicely with the new skills system wouldent it? the ability to Spy would also be a very interesting addition... Pie speaks sense, even if he doesn't make it...

So she climbed you roof to watch the roof that she'd climbed onto being created? Thats one wacky time travelling cat.. Hey, if the cat can time travell, maybe it created Pie, in some kind of scary, frankenstien scenario?

Any guesses on this? I'm stumped. Tears? Piers? Tires?

Here's a fun game:
Guessing Pie's height and weight. I'm going with 5' 1" and 432 lbs. (I know, it's kinda mean but holy, moly he eats sweets constantly!)

Pie.... it's still spelled "thievery." I before E.

Also: Kearny? Which state? If it's Missouri, you probably had my mom as a substitute teacher....
