Missing dead person

This has happened more than once, where someone dies unnoticed, just a body shows up on the ground.

However, in this case, the character died unnoticed, but their inventory did not land on the ground, nor did the body. It just disappeared, but the character name turned white. The character did not walk out onto a road, and was not dragged anywhere.

What's going on? In this case, it's kind of urgent-- the character had a key that I need!

No, PM programming. Okay, both. The PD can try to figure out what might have happened, but if it's a bug, and the person needs to be brought back, only Programming can do that.

Y'know, everyone says "PM someone in...." but how am I to know who is in which dept? Do I just PM Jos with any random thing? Seriously: where is the "staff contact info" page?

Actually, PM was the wrong word to use here. Emailing these departments is probably the best solution, especially when a quick response is needed, as well as bugs and flyspray.
