Namesake in Quillanoi Forest

Namesake in Quillanoi Forest

There's a young man called Legato Bluesummers in Quillanoi Forest. The original person of that name is in another place. And it's not exactly an ordinary name. Also he's planning to go to Siom because it sounds like a big place that might have steel, but the maps aren't so that detailed one might make such assumptions logically.

I was wondering about that guy too. He hasn't done anything obviously breachy yet but he did seem a little suspicious...I half expect him to explain that he has a "friend" in Siom.
