abusing bugs
1441-6: a man in his twenties says: "Then don't come, Westco. I ain't plannin' on chattin', I'm plannin' ta dock, hit, start breakin' locks, an' undockin'."
This sounds like an abuse of bugs to me.
"start breakin' locks, an' undockin' "
So if you need more info, let me know.

Okay, I'll have to try again.
There are two boats, one boat docks to the other, the people on boat 1 start breaking the lock on boat 2. Now boat one undocks during the lockbreaking. Normally the people on boat 1 cannot touch the lock on boat 2 anymore. Afterall, they undocked. Yet still the people on boat 1 continue to break the lock on boat 2, even though the boats are not docked to eachother any longer. That's because the lock breaking project is at boat 1. And voila, the lock on boat 2 breaks (or not). The people of boat 1 dock again to boat 2, go in rob and murder the boat 2's crew.
It shouldn't be possible to break locks while your not docked to eachother.
The same thing counts for boats docking and undocking at towns or harbour.

Yes, I know what you are saying because this has already happened to me on a boat of mine.
This is a bug and if he does go through with what he says he will be talked with. Docking to a boat, start breaking the lock then undock so that you cannot be harmed while you are still breaking the lock is exploiting a bug.. the boats are no longer touching, you are no longer near the lock and should not be able to snap the lock.

If you could email the pd with the name of the person along with what he said about the bug that would be it.
