Important docking problems
Alright one of my charachters, Kate Riden, just docked a raft to a darter and is on board (no lock) I need to dock this darter to a soarer that is on top of my location ASAP but it wont let me.

Yes, you need to move to refresh the view from the boat. The view you see now is the old one from the last time the boat moved. Suggestion: Move the minimum amount you can, about 10% (go back and check again, it can round down so you don't move at all) and you should have the docking option after one tick.

If you're on a small slower ship, yes that can be correct. Dinghies especially take a fair while to dock. If it doesn't progress further than 75% for a couple of cantr hours post again.

Yes, Seko, the 75% and 55% are correct. At 25%, it will take days (the length gets disproportionately longer the lower the % gets). I believe that 43% and/or 45% come before 55%.
@notsure:
When you undock from land, you get shot out to sea aways, while when you undock from a ship, you stay in the same coordinates. This is why even though you docked instantly to the ship from land, you need to sail a bit back to dock to shore.

I'm trying to dock a canoe. I know that if you're closer to the port it goes faster, but for two days it's only gotten to 15%.
My charrie will die of hunger in 5 days. Can anyone assure me she'll dock before then, and have a day to gather food (if there is even food there? I hadn't thought of that!!!)
Thanks.
