LOL I'd rather not...I've only broken my leg before, and I don't intend on breaking any other bones. 5 years and 3 days ago, when I was 8 and I was visiting my mom in Chicago, mom sent me out with Tom (my mom's friend) so she could wrap Christmas presents. We were supposed to go looking at the windows in Marshall Fields. Of course, on the way to Marshall Fields, you have to pass the outdoor ice skating rink. As we were walking by it, Tom asked if I wanted to go skating. I wasn't sure, since I'd never gone skating before, but he talked me into it. Not 20 minutes later, I slipped and fell. Unfortunately, I slipped even before I got to the rink!

There was a doctor there (he was just skating and happened to be there) and they finally got me up off my numb butt and helped me get to the street so we could call a cab. Of course, it ended up being a one way street going the wrong direction.

Finally a hospital van saw us and went and picked us up. I got there, and Tom called mom--by the time she got there, she was pissed at Tom. LOL My leg was broken right on my growth plate. I had to wear a full leg cast home. Tom felt terrible...he pushed me home in one of the hospital wheelchairs because he was afraid riding in a cab would hurt, then he pushed the wheelchair right back. It hurt so bad. I was laying in mom's bed, and I'd scream because it hurt, then go "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry" and then immediately scream again. LOL Tom went and picked up my prescription in the snow, in a two hour line. Then the next day, he went out and bought me pants that fit around my cast. LOL He felt so bad! I still tease him occasionally, though.

Anyway, WGN (one of the talk radio stations in Chicago) was having people call in on Christmas eve to tell why their Christmas was going to suck...I called, and I won a bunch of stuff because the announcer felt so bad for me! LOL
