Lost at sea for weeks!?!?!?
I've been on a boat for years, surrounded by a sea of blue with no land in sight. I decided to change directions finally. I figured I must have been sailing away from any land. I changed from South to North East, or something like that.

Next time, write doen every coursechange and how long you've sailed that course.
Boats ere easy to steer, but it's the navigating that can be a pain sometimes. It's been a problem for thousands of years now.

Hope you weren't trying to follow the lighthouse to Seatown...the lighthouse wasn't finished there until not long ago...I would guess that you are WAY west of Seatown...good luck, I've been there, and when my char got lost it was back when you couldn't see the area map out on the water, you had to navigate by keeping a very clear record of where you had been and where the coastline was.
