Greatest moment: Not making such a big impact on the Cantr world but killing someone who was bound to make an impact.

Or not killing someone who ended up making a big impact? :P

Another moment: Having characters that have lived through major events and survived...Makes great story telling later on when you want to impress the new spawns. (At least they would if my Blackrock character hadn't been killed by Polish pirates :( )

Like Pete Zahria!

What happened to Pete after the whole Felin thing?

To my knowledge there's no reason why he shouldn't have been released. He was an unloyal backstabber to Felin who ended up 'dissing' her behind her back when she was on the run. It was materialistic love anyway, and when there was no material, there was no love. So logically it made sense, I guess. :?

Hey, you're one of the bad guys, aren't you monkey-boy. :D

(bad guys are non-Feliners, we all know that. )

My greatest moment so far has got to be having one of my characters change (although not really significantly) the laws in a major city in English speaking Cantr. Knowing that he's written something that most people may actually read, and that it probably won't be changed for lots of Cantr years excites me as a player.

Just getting him into (shared) power was a major high for me. Even though it was really no contest, it's still quite impressive because he was probably only 24 when he gained his position as one of the most powerful people in his known world.

Really? I've got quite a few town leaders(at least three of them are quite low on citizens...). I'm just wondering what would be considered a major city.
First cities that come to mind:
Siom, Doryiskom, Blojt I suppose..

Edit: Oh! here's something I'm proud of: being forum member 625 out of 6751! (Go Cantr!) It was in fact 30 days after I turned 13...

Krif was once a major city, with Drojf not far behind... but they seem to have been supplanted by the Seatown area now.

Dunno what happened, but Pete is still around.

My greatest moment as a player, the thing that made me feel the most accomplished, was when I stole a van. It was in the first few months of my playing, so I was still learning about the game at the time. It was actually my first time in a vehicle of any sort. Stealing a van was impressive enough for me, but what made this moment so memorable was that I stole it while the man who chased down and killed the last thief was awake and talking.

I got in the van, knowing he was awake, just to piss him off and get a little bit of a discussion going. My char was pretty mouthy and liked risky thrills so this seemed to fit. So I checked out the objects, activities, locations, just to see how a vehicle is different then outside or a building. Between each other screen I went to the events screen, where the man who killed the last thief said something new to his friend (another thief chaser from another town).

After hearing him speak three times after I got in the van, completely ignoring me, I figured it was time to take this conversation to the road. So I took off. I never saw the man or his friend again. I discovered I could break off a lock with a screwdriver (stolen a few days before) while I was on the road. After a few days I got pretty hungry so I came back to town and had one of the most enjoyable RP sessions I‘ve ever had.

Both thief chasers had left and so I was never punished, and was rewarded for bringing the town a new vehicle. Sometimes good things happen to bad people.

It also felt good to know that none of my characters died of attacks or hunger despite LOTS of really close calls. Most live over 30 too :P Although it didn't feel to good to end my account.

One of my moments was knowing one of my old characters from my first account that I only played about 3 or 4 months was remembered (maybe vaguely) and enjoyed by another player. That made me feel really proud. Especially since I didn't ever go to the forum or IRC back then.
