Can tell if note is a copy or the original

I've seen suggestions for making notes uncopyable so that things like books and paintings or historicial documents can't be copied but rather than that how about if you copy one of these notes you'll be able to tell if it is the copy or original.

This can also work with the notes' age suggestion where you can tell how old a note. The original would be older and the copy would be newer.

I see your point, which by the date of this topic, I don't think many others did.

Simply put, it's a mechanism of checking for forgery? Perhaps retitle the heading and you'll attract more discussionisminglyness (XD) from people.

First I was thinking that you can already do this by comparing which one goes lower in the inventory since they're now organized so that the newest are on top, but then I realized that you can just copy the text and insert it into the oldest note you can find. There's no way of telling apart a copy made with the button and another one made by copy-paste method.

Also people could just copy and paste the original into a new note. It wouldn't state its a copy then.

But again you could very well determin the original by the way SekoETC stated.
Thats IF you had the orginial and the forgery.

Or compare the ages if thats implemented.
