Dragging problem

In Siom we can't drag someone. The percent has been over 100% for a while and we've tried to start over again also.

Keep trying to start over, so far that never failed for my characters. It might take several attempts.
I've even experienced being succesful trying again where the percentage never reached 100 on the first attempts. Quite odd all this dragging percentages really.

yeah this dragging problem is annoying, the town has enough problems as it is without everybody being sidetracked by this dragging
