Weird speaking guy in Longinazy
There's a guy, Ture, we think his name is who obviously does not speak english, and is in Longinazy. This is a breach. Who do I send the details to again?
Just because you're older, smarter, stronger, more talented... doesn't mean you're BETTER.

As far as I can tell, I agree with Wichita; it all depends on whether the character has been speaking Swedish (or German, or whatever) or a made-up gibberish.
An English character should not be allowed to speak an RL language he has never been exposed to in Cantr. Not only is it disruptive (I mean, look at how much avoidable commotion it's caused!), but if that character ever comes in contact with characters played in that language, the rules are not going to be much fun to figure out.
I have no problem with quirky or mentally ill characters, but if you must have them speak gibberish or a non-English language, it should be a gibberish specific to that character.
