Whats up with this?

Just a quick question here.. I am puresuing a suspected thief from Olipifirovash Forest to Olipifirovash west. There is enough evidence to me to kill him plus on top of that he has been extremely rude and vulgar about it which I have taken just as Role Play then I sign on and see the following

"1275-7: 1274-0: You see a man in his twenties take some smoked trout.apples. and wood. says: "*sighs* THIS IS MY XXX XXXX WOOD! (ooc: if you seriously keep going on about it, I'll report you, and you can accept a ban and realise from a game moderator that i DID get the wood myself)"

WHATS UP WITH THIS? I find this very annoying here.. I can take the occational OOC comment and have been known to make a few myself... but this one is uncalled for...Just what part of it does he think is wrong.. EVEN IF he is right and I am wrong SO WHAT... please get him to at least stop all the vulgar cursing I censored out of the post above.

Sorry for such a trivial post but I dont make idle threats myself OOC IRL that is anyway and I feel that is what his was but it really put an end to what I thought was the best thief chase I had ever been in curse words aside
Who wants to be normal...... Normal means you are with the majority.. and I dont want to be with them......

He's just spouting nonsense. I don't know if that comment's stupid enough for PD to swoop down and render swift justice unto him, but sounds like he needs a good speaking to at least.
And by all means go ahead and slice his character's head off.
