How about dice that can be rolled? Or slot machines.. or roulette.. And then you could make a casino!

Instead of implimenting those, why not invent a game IC and use that to gamble. There are winners and losers in every game...

I've already won a gamble in Cantr.

Just use a little bit of your imagination.

I can picture it now, a sign which says: "You must be 30 years old to gamble here. "

And the dice could be made of bone, I'm not sure how much, I'm not into all that fancy mathematical/scientifical weight lingo.
And I begged her give me horses
To trample down my enemy
So eager was my passion
To devour this waste of life
But she would not think of battle that
Reduces men to animals
So easy to begin
And yet impossible to end

One of my rl friends characters all ready roleplays a dice made from a carrot cube. He uses a real dice and roleplays the outcome on his carrot one.

Yeah, I've suggested rollable dice for the game.

I don't think many people appreciated the idea. But it would be good for gambling and such... I want my dice...

Where IS that topic, anyway...

Notes aren't magical.

So, I can safely state that the answer is no.

Well you can create hyperlinks in your notes...

And if it isn't magic, how else to we 'summon' notes, and pens... and are born with a paint set to make pictures on our notes..

randomness/gambling is already possible with notes - just use a bit of imagination

(although I'm not sure if that bug "If all the notes have the same title, but a different body, they all come out of the enevlope, no matter which one you select" is still around) - also, uneditable notes = card games? (although if I start seeing 'aces' and 'spades' and 'hearts' in game - I'll scream...)

I've always wanted dice too. In all the games I can think of to play with notes, it'd either be too easy to cheat or without the level of randomness you need for a game. All the dice would need to do is return a number between one and six (or one and twelve if a pair counts as a single object) and it would open up dozens of possibilities, and not just for gambling. They'd be something anybody could use, too, as all you should really need is a knife and a little bone.
