People just barely skirt the rules and cheat the system and then get away with it.

...when people make allegations like that but instead of taking it to the PD they choose to rant about it in an insinuating-yet-nonspecific way on the forum?

It's pretty simple people. If you think someone is cheating, report it to PD. If you think a member of staff is cheating, report it to the head of PD, or just Jos himself. Tell them what you know, what proof you have, why you think they're cheating.

Something will be done. Presumabaly, they'll only be warned so many times.
Reality was never my strong point.

Heh, I think that character is just supposed to annoy everybody he comes across. He also hasn't often said anything that made sense, that I know of.

You learn something new, but almost die of a heart attack in the process.
(clicked the infamous, big green "X" when I was trying to log out again... Thought I was done for... Thank god for that verification screen. Whew)
