Food consumption

I am carrying to 200g of Food A in my inventory and 100g of Food B. Food A has a nourishment rate of 20g/day, Food B has a nourishment rate of 30g/day.
Can someone tell me how the game decides which of the two foods to consume first?

Heavy food (30g) and then light food (20g), unless there is a dual-action food (healing + nourishment) which is always eaten last.
