Note praise

Postby *Wiro » Sat Jul 11, 2015 2:07 pm

This is separate from RP praise, based on the notes we find in-game. Don't share any sensitive information, and keep the four-day rule in mind.

I want to praise the maker of "Mapa drogowa Kontynentu. Cezariusz '3150" for making such a simple, accurate and easy-to-use map.

The Bauer Atlas - Cantr Island, real gift as a map and shame that treefeather version is a bit lacking

I'm curious what the Treefeather version lacks, other than names that changed after its publication. I was always under the impression it was fairly accurate.

-Mapa Fu - Orihime 4135 (z wykorzystaniem: praca zbiorowa red. Kalinan [3116])-

Another amazing map. However, to add something besides the maps, the Imperial Chronicles are an amazing collection of history of a now-dead empire.

At least Bauer atlas has only one location mentioned for turquoise, when my character ran into at least two on her travels.

Compass points, they are just marked as ??? unlike on Cantr map. And yeah when on new to game and that 90% degree on world... It was really nice to just look at the map and know where you go

The One Day of Work note by Shaudawn saves me a lot of scrambling around on the wiki. It's nice.

I have a trade list from a city that I can't remember. Its cool to see about how much things could be traded for. Also, it has a section on food efficiency that I found useful, which I assume means if carry 1000 of one item, the one that feeds me with 60/day is better than the one at 120/day.

The Mapa Fu - Orihime 4135. If it's anything like the 2695 edition (only one I've seen), seconded. Aside from being big enough to kill a donkey, which is largely the fault of what it's showing, it fits all the useful information in one area.

I remember making some of those food efficiency tables and using them for characters with limited carrying options. Definitely worth the effort to make them, just for the practice of figuring out what's some things are worth. Then to make big, big tradelists.

Notes I've enjoyed? Pok Desert West trading rates. Seen the same format pollinated to other places, but it is the original, and best laid out. My character immediately made up a nice grocery list, saw the days total and figured that that wasn't too long away, and worth it all
