Old Repairing Knife Project Glitch

One of my characters was working on an old repairing knife project for more than three days straight. What popped out on the floor was a brand new bone knife, but it should have been a regular knife. Help would be appreciated.

Way back in the old days it displayed the internal name if the object, not the unique name, so bone knives appeared as knives. Sorry you wasted your time but it was never really a steel knife.
