What Happens When Tiredness Hits 100%

I've done a few searches and i cant seem to find any answer, so what happens when tiredness gets to 100%? I'd like to know incase i accidentally end up killing a character by sparring

Nothing happens. The only danger comes from the character being too tired to lift up their shield to block blows or to resist dragging.
