I got back an email saying:
Unfortunately, your attempt to create a new player account on
Cantr II has not been accepted. The reason for this is:
Your old account XXXXX was reactivated, with the old password. If you forget the password, contact with Support.
I can log in but I cannot see the two characters I made when signing in . I can see how that would've happened but I also can't make any new characters. From memory you can't one the first day, so that isn't really a bug but kinda sucky...
So basically I had to use my old account and so I can't play until 24hrs have passed.
