Disguises

Wouldn't it be interesting for an item like make-up or something similar to exist? It could cause your character to be described by their age again, and be given different names.

Disguises were discussed long ago, and when the search function's restored, we can look it up and read the debate.

I personally like this idea, both make-up and disguises.

You see a woman in her seventies enter House.
You see a woman in her seventies use some makeup on project applying makeup.
You see a woman in her fifties leave House.

I think most of the cons against disguises were technical. It simply may not be possible to change or mask your identity with the current configuration.
