If your phone is running Android, Navi has created an Android version of CantrSpy, here

If your phone runs iOS (e.g. by consequence of being an iPhone), that will be harder, because of the restrictions Apple imposes on publication of iOS apps. I'm not aware of an existing iOS version of CantrSpy, but one could be created if the users were willing to root their devices, or if someone has an iOS developer license or was willing to buy one -- and to commit the time to developing and maintaining it (edit: it might be possible to publish AIR apps to iOS, but the license issue would still apply).
If your phone runs some other operating system, it's relatively unlikely it will be easy to do that, but it depends.
