As a tourist or a soldier?
Maybe would be good:
Avoiding camp and rural areas where may be any landmines or such, be dicrete, avoid attention, but without mixing too much with the natives, you may be taken as a enemy.Have attention, have caution.
I would ask you to(if you are really going there) to collect better information about that in a better place than this forum.
