Hmmm Ghost project?

This is odd... checked a charri description and seen this..

He is in his fourties and is actively repairing the current location. He wears:


there are no projects being worked on.... what is he repairing?

He is repairing the location he is in - it will be a building or vehicle. Location repairs are not projects but activities so don't show up in the
project list.

That said , as Building (or vehicle) decay has not been implemented, the char is wasting their time.
