We should have a page where we can link to other pages. E.g. links to player sites, game sites that refer to us, Kris's band, etc :) ...

Jos, you could always make a slim banner at the top of the homepages for the game and the forum with buttons that will lead to various sections of the site. Sort of like the homepage for the makers of this forum: http://www.phpbb.com.
