ERROR: Closed account - contact the Players Department if there is a misunderstanding.


Tried logging on & got that message, the "Players Department" link is dead, too.

I'm sorry but it does, Accounts not accessed in 20 days idle out and the characters suffer heart attacks .You are very welcome to apply for a new account

For future reference you can put your account on leave status for up to 90 days - which can delay the idling out (though characters can still die due to starvation and damage)
