Seeing how it was only recently implemented, people haven't had time to make it. Edit: Looks like loin cloths are not included because for some reason they are in temporarily unmanufacturable category. Weird.

The thing that really stands out is that no one has Stone Knight or Silver Knight in the beginning of their name anymore. I assume they still exist but started putting it either in their private description or just keeping it in the player's mind.

What about surnames? I bet Blackrock and MacGregor are probably the most common.
