You know, there was a time when there was NO cantrspy, and no auto refresh on character pages. We had to F5 like mad.

And a time before when pages refreshed only every 40 seconds. OMG! PANIC.

You newbies have it so easy ;)

I remember those days (oddly enough). Though, I certainly didn't stick around at that time (was back when you only got like 200 minutes per day or something, and I didn't like that at all)

Hehe. I'm missing cantrspy, too. Hope someone will let me fix the relevant code soon...

Due to CantrSpy taking a dump I've actually been paying less attention to Cantr and I honestly see this as a good thing. Its making killing half of everyone off very simple and easy.

Well, my host seems to be refusing to accept the new files I'm trying to upload, so this update will have to wait until tomorrow when I have time to find a solution.

CantrSpy 2.6.9

  • Is now compatible with the new server authentication model.
  • Will automatically check for updates and has the capability to seamlessly download and effect them (with user consent).

http://joo.freehostia.com/cantrspy?2.6.9

When a new version is detected, a window will appear asking whether to install it. I will probably add an option to disable automatic update checking in the future.

Um, does the new version remove the ability to ignore characters?

So I'm going to reinstall and see if it makes me like Cantr.

I mean.... I really do like the game despite hating it so much. I almost miss it!

The taskbar icon for CantrSpy 2.6.0 doesn't have transparency outside the green stuff. :)

Just made my taskbar half transparent and colored in Ubuntu 10.4 and CantrSpy get a white background.

MAJOR bug! ;)

EchoMan,

Your problem lies in using Ubuntu - which, in the view of this organisation, sucks.

Many thanks for your time,
