Egh, I hated most of those shows. Rocko was okay. Hated Ren and Stimpy. Hated Pete and Pete. I think Saturday morning cartoons always sucked, really. I don't know, give me He-Man or She-Ra or Gargoyles or TMNT or Batman or Pinky and the Brain or something... I was very critical of many cartoons when I was young...

Buggs Bunny is by far the best made cartoon ever.
Anyone who dares say otherwise is a heretic and I will see to it they never even see the gray of pergatory.
RWAR! FIRE AND BRIMSTONE!!!
on a more serious note, i kind of agree with hermi. There are very few well made cartoons, but yes, there are even fewer around now.

[rant]Argh! I hate how every time it gets late I suddenly get the overwhelming urge to be sociable. I mean, 4-11 pm, no need to talk to ANYBODY, but the second midnight rolls around, and I should go to sleep to wake up for morning classes, Blam! Awake and wanting to talk to people. Now I'll likely be awake Way too late and miss my morning classes Again. I can't afford to keep doing that, it's gonn'a catch up with me eventually.[/rant]

Relating to comedy cartoons, in my very opinion those first three seasons of SpongeBob Squarepants always make me laugh no matter how many times I watch it, no matter how old/mature I'm getting. Right now I think their shows are degrading to a Cartoon Network level, but those seasons really were their prime. I was also intrigued by how the show seems to occasionaly hint a funny gag or two that much older viewers would only know than the younger audience (i.e. SpongeBob showing he was a mature adult by wearing sideburns, a derby, and listening to free-form jazz).
