Today the thought came upon me... Why did I come back to cantr? and it dawned on me, i have no idea. I was bored one day and going down my favorites on my ancient computer and saw something that looked vaguely familiar... which was Cantr II. So I clicked on it, went 'oh yeah, that was kinda fun' and rejoined.

I was messing around with dyes and dyed my hair with some weird combination and now its like..violet. Lesson of the day : Do not mix random dye packages and hope for the best.

I know many other people who have also learnt that the hard way.

Mostly people seems to end up purple or violet, but one guy I know managed to end up ginger.

Oh goodness, I thik I'd rather have the ginger than this mess. The funny thing is that its not rubbing off on pillowcases, sheets, etc..

The bad part is..I don't know how long it will stay in.

Once or twice perhaps, but I'm sure a long term fondness for the peroxide results in baldness

I personally dont mind when hair dye goes wrong. I tried to dye my hair fireengine red, but forgot about the dye (actually slept on it) leaving it in for about 5x the recomended maximum. My hair came out such a bright pink, it was hilarious. Did I panic, NO! just go with the flow ;p

Don't bleach, don't blowdry etc. And don't wash it everyday unless with water only. It's boringly simple, the more you 'do' with your hair (or allow to be done with it) the worse it gets. Oh and try to select good genes before birth, no rush.

I may try that, isn't it supposed to be better for your hair that way? It would certainly save money on shampoo

I would die if my hair fell out, because I let it grow very long.I think I'll follow that advice on not washing it too much with anything but some warm water. I don't want it to fall out ! D:

Kind of a rant of the day, to notice that all of your characters are actually kind of lawful good these days. I would need an evil character to balance it out but being evil is risky, you should have things like a crowbar, an iron shield, a lockable building or a boat and preferrably some minions. And naturally some balls to pull it through. The ones of my characters to fill the first three requirement are happy with their current situation and don't feel like risking it with doing something morally questionable.

About washing your hair, back in the old days they washed with rain water (which is somehow better than tap water) and no shampoo, maybe they had plain soap. Then ladies would comb their hair 100 times so that it would shine. Combing spreads the stuff from the root of the hair to all over. But nowadays we wash away all the natural fat and then use conditioner to form an artificial protective layer around the hair. I think this is because people don't have time to sit still and spend several minutes just combing.

I actually do sit around and comb my hair every morning for at least thirty minutes. It takes waking up pretty early to do so. I've also hardly ever dyed my hair before, so this is new..and weird..and I should've have done it.

Anyway..I've noticed that I've developed a wanderlust on my characters, they're moving around and restless..probably the same as myself irl.
