Don't pester me! I'm busy with cooler stuff
Nah, I'm joking. I'll answer your questions if you have them. I believe I posted the FAQ on my website as well, I'm just guessing...

It's umm... not formatted correctly... and outdated, I believe, but it's still there! So, you can check it out here temporarially.

there's unfortunately no way to open a locked door without the key or a "lock picking tool" so you may be stuck until your boss wakes up or dies and someone else takes the key...
as for lock picking tools, that error message is sort of misleading. there's only one tool you can use and it's more of a "lock prying tool" if that's any hint. if you don't have any steel in there you won't be able to build one anyway.

Inspired by a question on General Support...
"How do I use a tool on a project?"
- As long as the necessary tool is in your inventory, it will be automatically used. You don't need to do anything else.

ok, the Players Department, who handle issues to do with player accounts, characters, and cheating, are usually fairly fast. So I'd say within 2 days, 3 tops.
However, there have been occasions where accounts have been submitted and apparently got lost in the system, so after 3 days it may be worth emailling players@cantr.net or asking in general support to check that hasn't happened to your application.

Apparently it's faster than back in the day.
