Missing turn reports

I just noticed that I never received the reports for 4552, 4553, 4554 and 4457...it'll be too late for the earlier ones, but is 4554 and 4457 still possible?


Oh, actually, now I'm noticing loads of others missing before that too. I always click to send them. Gutted

I am missing the last 5 days of turn reports. I thought it was maybe my email with the issue, so I changed email addresses to get the reports but It is not sending them to my email at all. I'm now unable to move it back to my old email as well because it is not even sending the email validation to change the email back.
Help please!

Did you check "spam" on your e-mail? I got this problem long time ago on gmail. All reports go into spam (it's easy to fix).

Yes, I have checked my spam folder. I even have started a new email specifically for cantr reports. the Validation email is not even going to the email I added at all. So then it won't add it. Turn reports aren't being sent either.

5093 seems to be missing?

I've noticed there was no turn report on 5572, 5573 and 5575.
It's too late for 5572, but part of 5573 and whole 5575 can now be sent manually using the buttons on the player page.

Fixed. If anybody has the same problem with 5816 then it's the last chance to report this.

I am missing several recent turn reports. The problem might be that the automated system for sending out the reports is malfunctioning. The reports that I manually send (by pushing the report buttons) arrive without a problem.

Idk if I'm the only one this is happening to but I've been having a real issue with reports for WEEKS now, maybe months, I haven't paid enough attention to know when it began. So the thing is, I'll go on to just click the reports so I can have them saved, even if I don't play for a while. But recently the report links are jumbled and they'll be missing some and repeating others, so I'm missing entire chunks of days that weren't given as a link. It'll be like there's several links and they go 7420, 7421, 7422, 7422, 7422, 7425 - so you can see where this is an issue, now I have 3 links for day 7422, and days 7423 and 7424 are completely missing. This is just an example but this is what's been happening with my turn reports, so thought I would put it out there, maybe someone can figure out what's wrong.

Same here, but I see that 1 month ago it was reported and nothing changed.
