Ever try to get permission to gather restricted resources?

Resources dissappear over time due to over mining would just cause those resources to be restricted even further.

Not a bad thing. Ever tried your hand at trading? You know... Something that actualy involves intereraction, instead of just clicking the "dig" button?

Haha, good one DylPickle. The problem often is that the people restricting those resources may only accept a very limited range of foreign resources for which they will trade their own resources (- you'd think that they were happy to lower the ever-growin stockpile and even if they didn't need the resources gained through trade, they could always sell them on to some other wanderer coming through) or then the key people are asleep and not responding. People should really put up notes in the neighbouring towns, "If you're coming our way then you should know we don't allow resource collecting but if you got this and that, we'd be happy to trade with you". Another problem is places getting cluttered up with shitty notes so no one can see what is still up to date and important. Many people are just too scared to clean up the ground in case someone might get offended.
