What about water, I haven't found a use for it yet that is food relative. Perhaps a post on suggested uses for water in cooking and food prep.

How about coconuts? And Sunflowers for the seeds, it would take a lot of them in order to actually fill you up, but it would be nice to have.
When people tell me that great minds think alike, all I can do is look at them and think "oh you dirty, dirty bastard"

Coconuts are ingame already.
Life is fun. Play naked with Psycho-Pixie.

Find out ingame what water is used for. You'll find it with enough perservereance. (I spelt that SO wrong...) - As for water in cooking, we dunno yet...

As for Coconuts, yes, they do exist and have for some time.

Sunflower Seeds sounds like a good idea though :)

No. "Resource Request" being Resource Department requests, not natural resources :P

In this topic, tools, resources, buildings, etc should be here. NOT new features.

is there platinum in the game?
and there should be dust or dirt as a resource, it builds up in your house then you would need to use the broom to get rid of it

Somehow we need to make precious metals and gems more valuable because at this point there is no real reason to have them.

Is there a real reason to have jewelry and gems in real life? Not really, IMO, but we buy it anyway.
Oh, and you need diamonds to make drills in-game, don't you? So there's one reason to have them.

We're researching how Plastic can be made in real life, so we can have it in game.

House decorations have been discussed in another topic.

Yes, emm, I think I know how to make plastic, but they are used like 80 years ago, not modern plastic.

Heat milk up, until only those little blobs (not whey, whats the other one?)
Put them in a jar, put little vinegar in, mix it, after like 4-5 hours, form it, then wait like 2 weeks, voila! plastic, but it stinks though, I read it off a science book.

I want batteries.

with batteries,
digital cameras
Video cameras - can be used to watch a location for like 2 days when no ones awake
Cameras- can be used to watch a location for a limited of times, like after 24 actions, need to replace film
Films

I'm aware of this type of plastic making, but it doesn't make a type of actual "plastic". That makes more of a gel plastic which is sticky (Glue). We want to get... PP Plastic, I think that's what it's called. Industrial Level 5, 6, or 7, it was. It's plastic that is easy to bend and warp, but is very heat resistant and moderately thick. It would be used for storage and tools, mainly. (Because that's what it is used with today)

I think we can put in the Milk plastic for SIMPLE plastics, but not until we can do activites with animals (Milk a cow, mount a horse, domesticate a lion, etc etc)

Ok slow down! Video cameras?

Even if batteries were made, video cameras were still years down the road. And shouldnt we have electricity first? I mean your skipping like 39 tech advances to get to batteries and cameras

The correct spelling of Hematite, which is actually Heamatite.

Trust me, the book says it all. (I have a science book in my hands..)

Just like fetus can be spelled faetus. It's British English I think, in American English you can use the shorter words. Amoeba = ameba, and so on..
