Of course that as well. But I think it's the same player as the ones already being complained about in this thread a little while ago.

There is so much of that around if you don't learn to overlook the punctuation and pray they catch on by watching others you are going to be pretty miserable playing. I would rather have a person that doesn't capitalize or spells poorly playing that sitting there with no one to rp with at all. I think there as only been two chars that were so bad I couldn't bother with them.
Back on topic...
My char says- "Hey dumb@ss, I'm trying to save your life, go with it!"

Oh I can overlook it very well. It even goes automatically. Though I am annoyed a lot by usage of i and not I. I know you had to use it like that when I was about 6 lol. And I didn't even use English then.

I don't know about that, the one I was complaining about seems to play all or mostly girls, and it isn't just the punctuation, they push every annoyance button so repeatedly and aggressively that I don't think it's unintentional at all any more.

Not me, but my character hates Davion. Little twerp.
For myself, Arthur J. Grommit. Guy needs to emote.

Re: Characters that irritate you/yours -
The opposite complaint of Mr. Black above.
Yr of Dom Hofran.
A little to much for me, few examples.
3114-5.28: Yr says: "*drifts back into the water to catch more fish*"
3114-5.20: Yr says: "*watches from the water, an odd little grin on her face*"
3115-0.22: Yr says: "*hums softly to herself, twisting the sinew around the stone ax*"
The above were followed with little response or follow up. I understand wanting to appear active, but talk to someone.

How weird, I was just going to say my character hated Kevin Buxley, and I'm getting seriously annoyed by him too...not even so much by what he's done as what I know he's going to do. And frankly I'm getting a little tired of Ila too. They're both decent RPers, it's just that they both represent character types I see way too often and that never seem to contribute anything but drama.
Just different playstyles I guess, but I'll always prefer chars that actually get things done to one's whose main goal seems to be constantly bringing everything to a screeching halt just so they can be the center of attention. (and yes I am currently bitter)

Just a question to those annoyed by bad grammar and punchation stuff -
Do you find it more/less/as acceptable when it's in emotes and the character's actual speech is correct?

Hello. My name is Man In Early Twenties. How do you do? *hold out hand*

I never capitalize in emotes. It helps offset the emote even more.

Re: Characters that irritate you/yours -
I think proper spelling is more important in emotes than in regular speech. After all, bad spelling/grammar etc. might be a part of the characters speech pattern. (The graphical equivalent of an annoying voice.)

Re: Characters that irritate you/yours -
Sometimes I'll forget a letter or use the wrong pronoun, but I don't correct it because you get my meaning and it just disrupts the flow of the RP, highlighting the flub/typo/I'm so tired I think I'm going to die.
