Nothing has gone in or out of the ship since the scanner has been set up. If the thing exists at all, it's still in the ship.[i]

Ehem, the scanner i put up could also detect things inside of the ship..... but... hey, it's your game.

Hmm... well that settles it. Either somone has hid that holograph projecter REALLY good or we are all having the same Halucination.

[Fleegle]

"If we are having the same halucinations, there must be something in the air or something, maybe an alien virus that we can't detect. Hey, maybe it's a really advanced life form nobody's ever seen before and it can do stuff to us without anything showing up on the scanners. Hey, it could happen."

[Nalaris]

The scanner shows only one life form in the ship: the captain.

Ira frowns as he looks over at the scanner and gives it a smack. "What's wrong with this thing?" He looks over to the captain. "Sir, for some reason this thing's only giving out one reading... and it's coming from you. You sure you don't have anything on you that's making this signal?" He gives the scanner and then Flinch a sidelong glance, "Unless our good mechanic just installed some broken machinery?"

[Pie]

Well if it was broken..... Eh, not my fault. It's the store that we get this stuff frome.

But if it was some sort of higher being, wouldn't you think that it would have a different makeup, a diferent main element, and everything diferent? I mean, if it's not human, how would you know if it wasent somehow clogging my scanners and messing with our minds. Lets just all go to sleep with ear-plugs and hope when we get to Aminulis it will go away.

Don't have any better name for it! Kudos, Pie, you just named our destination.

Of course, Albert, let's just ignore it and hope it goes away. That works well for most problems, doesn't it?

[Fleegle]

"Aye, how much longer until we reach our destination? I think I'm gonna go batty if I'm cooped up with all this weirdness for much longer."
Smirg frowns and leans against a bulkhead.

"We're not going anywhere right now. Flinch says it'll take 48 hours to get the engines working for propulsion drive. That's if he intends to work on it and not plug his ears with cotton and bury himself in sleep..."

Ira shifts uncomfortably in his chair.

I think i might be done.. lets just chek and see*He pushes a few buttons on his computer as it starts to scan the Engin room*Nope. I still have an engin with mixed fuel in it, coolant isn't running yet.. and there are a few other things. should take maby... 12 hours.*He then walks into the engin room and gets to work...*

I think that would be long enough to get it fixed.

[Coramon]

"I've nothing on me that would trigger an odd reading... Perhaps the technological equipment, and..."
Starts to pace and mutter with something that could be an idea bouncing around in his head.

Time skip. It's now the middle of the day (not that you can tell the difference in space)...

And our friend the screaming man has returned.

[Fleegle]

"Aye, not again! I swear if we ever find who's doing this I'll beat its brains out with my own two fists."

[Coramon]

"I need an update as to how long until we're in the air."

[AoM]

((Is the screaming man in the same room as us, or is he back in the infirmary?))

We're still drifting, captain. It's going to take at least another six to twelve hours until we can start moving again.
