But I can see Mikki and Missy, which are gifs on the Cantr server. Is everybody else missing those too? Sounds like an interesting bug.

I can't see those, but I'm willing to bet those are from your cache. Try clearing your cache and see what happens.

Good call, West. That was it. Must be a bug in local image handling then.

It seems to be something to do with the image database - the gallery is emtpy, and I got a reel of php errors when I just tried to upload another image

I can see RKL, Missy, Mikki, West, and Nick out of those who have posted so far in this topic.

Yes, everybody has this problem, and it is due to a problem on the server. Worse: it will not be possible to repair it. If you want people to see your avator, you'll have to reset it in your profile or upload a new one. Your old one was lost.
