Soap or perfume should be implemented either like healing food, with a button to click that would consume the item. We could also create the wash tub as a machine that would house bathing projects, similar to resting projects, but would require the addition of soap as a resource before the dirtiness could be restored.

I would like the idea of soap being like a healing food, but I think that a bath should be an option as well, but without the soap, as it would be too much hassle to make and that's not the point. Anyhow, I would like the idea of soap like healing food, but a bath is going to clean you about 50% per hour from what other people say they want, and I am with this as it causes minimum hassle, and so soap would not be too useful, although I guess it could be good for the rich upper classes ;) travelling and not wanting to get at all dirty from travelling so every hour they could "Stop at a water hole and wash themselves down (Ie eat a little soap)"

Oh, and I quite like the idea of diseases, but definitely no other health etc effects, as just like someone said it would be another thing to have to do that wastes time (Which isn't the point, so perhaps by being very clean you could lower your chances of contracting diseases from what it currently is now? Perhaps 50% is the norm for now, but 0% is half the chance and 100% is twice the chance? Or even more?)
