Actually this is true, they use the weather satelites to take high definition photographs of the land. My Uncle is a farmer and was caught and fined in this way.

Definate missinterpretation. I was speaking about growing arable crops on land officaially set aside. The brittish are fined by our government, the french get away with it. Damn hypocrytical EU. Worst thing we ever joined.
