Battle of Colors - game for Android phones
My buddy and me, we just made a game and published it on Android Market.
See if you like it;) - of course game is for free.
link to the game on market
Statisctics say it is going well, despite that "Downloads 1 - 5" which just haven't been refreshed since we entered the store. This is our first title, that's why we hope to get good reception.
Enjoy and post your comments on what you like, and what could be changed!
They say you can scan it with your mobile phone to get to downloads faster, don't know, haven't tried;)

Re: Battle of Colors - game for Android phones
I'll give it a whirl and let you know what i think.
Edit:
I like it. The only recommendation i could add is to have a way to not show the rules every time you launch a game. Like a do not show me this again, button or check box. As for the game itself, Its fun.

I'm currently accessing this site through an Android phone, and the link you gave doesn't work. I'm going to search for it now, see if it turns any results.
Edit: nothing named Battle of Colors. Sorry.

Maybe you are running android 1.6 or something then?
Also wanted to say that it looks and runs very well on a tablet. Not sure if you tested it for that type of device or not.

Re: Battle of Colors - game for Android phones
Model number: Droid
Android version: 2.2.2
Baseband version C_01.43.01P
Kernel version: 2.6.32.9-g68eeef5 android-build@apa26 #1
Build number: FRG83G
I don't know what the last three mean..
Also: Wouldn't this fit under: "Non-Forum Games" ?

Armulus - if the tutorial shows every time u start a new game then it is a bug! Thanks for reporting;) Could please write or PM me the model of your phone? (As on all development phones we tried it showed only once)
Snickie - this is also interesting too - I found it immediately - what happens if you click on the link? Do you see the game?
edit: On developper's page I found information that some people downloaded the game with Motorola Droid X - I have no idea why u cannot;/ Is your devile "Droid X" or just "Droid"? Do you have touchscreen? It is only requirement set in Android Market.
Thank you for the feedback;)

Re: Battle of Colors - game for Android phones
Ok, did some research and:
Tutorial displaying everygame was indeed a bug (it occured only in certain conditions, but still a bug) and is fixed now;)
I have no idea why the game is invisible for Motorola Droid, which definately is listed on supported phones list.

Ok, we fixed that too! Seems like you should be able to download it soon (when Android Market servers are updated - which takes from minutes to about two hours), of course if you still want to give it a try.
Thanks for feedback guys, it really helped;)

Try yourself with hard AI now:D on Corner Classic it is really buffed. Although we are aware that the game might be sometimes too easy, experienced player can win with Hard 4/5 times. We are considering adding new, even more buffed AI level and maps where player would have a disadvantage on the start.
If you happen to notice any bugs not fixed yet, please post;)

Re: Battle of Colors - game for Android phones
Hard is really hard only on mazeless maps currently. We will try to work it out soon, but it is not easy to make good AI and not kill the device with processor usage;)
