One of my chars is trying to get a canoe company running, based in naron forest, as there is any lake not many people can steal the boats and go far.. *chuckles*

And they put down a 10 day resource payment for a year and a half use of the canoe's and they get half back when they bring the boat back..

By using the canoe, you of course mean, that they will be sitting in the canoe while you sit out side, on the dry land, chuckling about how you scammed them into renting a canoe in the middle of the forest.

Now how do you get there?

No, Naron Forest is on the lake. Naron is one the sea. That is usually common knowledge if you have a character in that region but I guess it isn't. Maybe Sester's plan to stop maps from circulating and being among the population is working. Sester has quite an extensive library of maps. I would say close to a hundred. Some that are even mapped as far as Quillanoi and Siom. Don't worry, Sester doesn't have his eyes set on those places.....yet.

Ah, I had forgotten that. But Sestar doesn't have all the maps......my chars have some, as do most in Naron I believe. I'm outta mins, or I would have checked lol.

Well, Sester is ambitious enough and power hungry to take over evertything but I think he will die of old age long before he is able to. But he may already be grooming another to take his spot as soon as he is gone.

If there was to be drugs introduced (which prob wont) You could be a drug baron, doing deal in the sea.

That would also give chances to have coast gaurds, and police in boats..

I would disagree. I think if alcohol is added then drugs should be added. I would also like to see real medicines and such instead of the healing foods and for the healing foods or fruits to be used for regular eating or perhaps even recipes for foods that can be made or cooked. So we can have drugs with different effects. One that heal certain disease but may have side effects and some drugs can be created for recreational use etc...

I may be against drug use in real life but that doesn't mean that my characters should be. Plus, I think it is up to the societies in Cantr to decide whether or not drugs should be taboo.

I am way off topic here but....

For medical drugs. What if drugs has less of an effect as you age.

A 20 year old would get 100% healing. A 70 year old would get 0% healing. So at 45 you would have to consume twice as much healing food to get healthy.

Just a thought...
