Get the DVD with deleted scenes. Most of them are lame, but "Otto" is better than any of the scenes that were actually included in the movie. Also puts part of the ending in better context.

Do not insult Monty Python. In general at least. I never saw The Meaning of Life, so I can't say on that.

Definitly, after all that, get a few dvds of Flying Circus...especially the first few episodes, those were the best...

I never thought the flying circus was incredibly funny, actually.
frequently irritating, yes. hilarious? nope.
