Its a DEFINITE 100% yes from me! I know of a few of mine who would love the gold inlaid box. Even a few others who would actually have a need for the rest.
Oh look, another glorious morning… makes me SICK!

These are great items and I can definitely see them being very popular. With some of these items, dining will be, well, real fancy.

Now what's better way to show off than fancy shiny stuff. Definitely yes

This except add gem-studded versions too.

The gem-studded version also needs to come with a personal, cup bearer and choice of lovely, lady servants or handsome manservants carrying fans and canopies to shield you from the sun. Also, it has a lifetime, limited warranty and is guaranteed dishwasher safe.

well yeah I thought that went without saying
Also, can we get some fancy bowls? Or just any new bowls at all? We have all these stews and soups and nothing but a clunky earthenware bowl to put them in.

Great ideas. There's no real in-between option from the "primitive" clay/wood to the "luxurious" gold/silver. What about drinking glasses? Only one type because they would be custom described into wine glasses, champagne glasses, cocktail glasses etcetera.
Drinking glass
100 grams of glass bars
1 day, blowing iron, glass oven
250 gram capacity

I like this. Even better if we had a full set of glass dishes, because why not? It does seem to be a perfect material for a 'middle class' character. Glass pitcher, drinking glasses, glass plate, glass bowl...maybe a tin or copper spoon for something in between wood and silver. Something like a 400 gram capacity for the plate and bowl, maybe 150g glass bars to make. 300g glass bars for the pitcher with 800g of storage.

Re: Gold and silver items
On a sidenote, should cups/plates/pitchers/bowls go in the utensils subcategory of the RP category, or should they go in the portable storage section? There are benefits to both. On the one hand, people that want bowls/plates are more likely to want spoons/forks. On the other, it's logical to assume these would be in portable storage. I think that, as much as the utensils category makes sense, the portable category makes the most sense because people will assume that category has all the portable storages.

To me they're more RP items than anything, but if you've got some dishes in storages already, that's where people are used to looking so you might as well have them all.

Re: Gold and silver items
I like all of these.
What is the purpose of the first chest? Is it meant to be portable?
I think silver/gold plates would also be nice.
Bejewelled versions of these could be doable like encrusted versions of kite shields, but... they can't because they are storages, so their contents would magically disappear upon adding to a "encrusted X" project. But if such way of decorating stuff is nice enough then it can get fixed.
