add rice paste project to others cooking machines

this, allow make rice paste on deck grill and Fire place, with same requirements of small fire pit.

Just for the holly consistency.

The project was added at the same time to small fire pit and deck grill (for consistency).

Implemented, and changed the half day based project to one day project... for consistency :mrgreen:
