having it so that people can get in and out of window's would probably have a lot of programming involved in getting it implemented you'd probably have more chance if ou just ask for window's to see out of first. think small and you'll get it in think big even on a great idea and it'll get looked over or put right at the bottom of the maybe list

I disagree with what Targe was saying before though

-I'd rather it be if the window's open, you see who comes to town and who leaves, but not here a thing (that'd be just a murmur from indoors) and of course you won't actually see someone put 100g of titanium in thier special sword......(God, I love Knatr's resources)-but when the window's closed, you see jack shit.

doesn't make much scence since you can see through glass. Perhaps if you make curtains :lol:

Why windows? I like it the way it is.

There has to be a price to pay when you decide to be inside a building. Otherwise, many people would decide to do anything possible within a building and leave the "town square" half empty.

It can be funny too, working inside and not knowing what's going on outside... Like you finally built that smelter or whatever and come out for some food, only to discover that the entire town has been massacred. :lol:

Window glass, wood or stone

I think it would be neat to see in (or out) and note who is there and to click them to see what they are doing. Better yet, if Timmy Tango is making steel inside and I am outside and look in, it could show "You see Timmy Tango using the smelting furnace". This is a luxury, so I think window glass appropriate. As Tanner Frost, I would love to peak in or out to watch my employees.

Cotton, Hemp, Silk, Hide Drapes
Like a key, can be opened or closed from the inside. Nifty, eh? Beats knocking to find someone if you can peak and see em.

I always thought it would be kind of cool to be able to watch the town from your house/castle/library/jail cell. Even if you can't open and shut it to hear things, it would be nice to be able to see out of certain rooms in your... location... to see if anything interesting enough to drag you out of your... location... happens.
