Every time I post in this topic, a 24-hour timer starts. If at least 1 other post has not been made in the 24-hour period following each post then I will post a part of the puzzle. I will make posts when I log in and it has been 24 hours since my last post in this topic. Posts made more than 24 hours after my last post don't count, and will be ignored.

The point is no NOT post. So you can blackmail people by saying "If you don't do this, I will post".

maybe the goal of this is to be the first person to figure out the puzzle, and by posting you can delay the onset of clues so that it better fits your schedule.

At least one post was made within 24 hours of my previous post. Nothing is revealed.
I'm changing the rules slightly: the timer will start at midnight following this post, making it easier for me to ascertain which posts are within 24 hours.
So, I will reveal a part of the puzzle if no posts are made at all during 23rd of July between 00:00 and 23:59 GMT.
