Does the Player Department monitor radio communication, I ask because one of my characters unexpectedly heard an assoiciate of one of my other characters communicating on the radio...

A whole world of possibilites open up, and being the devious fella I am not all of them would have been strickly in keeping with the spirirt of the game!
