Note Dragging error?

Note Dragging error?

I had a character trying to drag a note, he is at full health and not tired or hungry, and he can't drag the note. The character page said 250% done, and I left it for a while to see if it needed to go on a tick, but it never moved ...

Is there something up with notes?
Reality was never my strong point.

One of my characters just managed to drag a note into a house

This is a long term bug , similar to the over 100% dragging of bodies or people.

The workaround is to stop the dragging and try again, and again and again ....It eventually will work.

The better work around is for ProgD to have a look at this very overdue bug
